Maximize Your Hiring Efficiency: Streamline Your Recruitment Process Today!

Create a review committee. This committee will use a scorecard to rate applicants' experience and other minimum qualifications that will sort the rank of which applicants will go to the next round. You can remove the names of the applicants and give them a number for more fairness.
Create a scorecard: You will need a scorecard that automatically calculates.
You will need a form so each person can submit their portfolio of names, and you can see who completed which list.
You can even do a rotation to see if the applicant receives a certain score that qualifies them.
Fill a new role: Create a stack of applicants that were not a good fit for this role but may be a good fit for another vacancy that may become available, and email them: "Hey, we think you would be a great fit for a role opening around X timeline. Would you be open to interviewing for that role?"
Be transparent in the salary and expectations of the role so you don't waste each other's time.
Be timely in your feedback, even to those who will not move forward.
Be timely in your response and clear in the next steps for those seeking a job opportunity.
Narrow with Tech: Now on to the good stuff you came here for. For candidates that were scored high, try this to narrow down the options of who gets full access to your time.
You are going to pre-record 3 questions for them to answer using VideoAsk. This requires you to check your bias at the door. If you are going to a video recording, however, it can help you and your team narrow down the options.
Include one scenario question.
Include one question about the role.
Include a question to learn about their style as it relates to the role.
Your senior leadership team can review this and send over a request for a second step interview with a performance task associated with it.
Now candidates can move to the final level.
While this may free up some time, it will take time for you to pre-record and sort, but you can block off time and get this done quicker than managing schedules, sending email reminders, etc. Let me know if this works out for you.
