I’m Nicole, founder of Sassy Education.

With over two decades of experience at the intersection of education, leadership, and innovation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to every project. As a former Director of Technology, licensed school principal, and school leader, I have guided K-12 schools and higher education institutions through complex transformations, from curriculum design to operational excellence.

My experience spans working as a consultant for state LEAs and global nonprofits, where I’ve led high-impact projects and developed tailored strategies to address the unique challenges schools and organizations face. From instructional coaching and curriculum writing to overseeing school operations—including transportation, facilities, and nutrition—I’ve honed a broad skill set that helps schools and educational organizations thrive.
